Coronavirus
COVID - 19
Safety of our staff and our clients is our biggest priority. We have been working hard behind the scenes to create a plan to keep our staff and you safe.
Plans have been put in place to help keep our staff and clients safe, and to help reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19. Staff have completed a COVID – 19 return to work safety protocol course.

Our risk assessments and safety statements have been reviewed to take account of any controls to help minimise the spread of COVID-19. All staff have completed a return-to-work form to ensure they are symptom free and have not been in contact with any positive cases. Staff will fill out a self-declaration form every two weeks to make sure they are symptom free and have not been in contact with any positive cases.

Control Measures

These are the measures we have implemented to help prevent/minimise the spread of COVID-19 within in the workplace and in our community.

Measures which have been implemented include;
​
Hand Hygiene
-
Staff will be asked to ensure that they are washing their hands frequently or sanitising throughout the day.

Staff will be asked to wash their hands before, during or after a work task.

Handwashing and hand sanitising will be conveniently located throughout the complex
​
Respiratory Hygiene
-
To help limit the spread of the virus please avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth.
-
If you need to cough or sneeze please cover your mouth with elbow or tissues.
-
Please dispose any tissues that you use in the bins provided.

CLEANING PROTOCOL
A effective cleaning and disinfecting system throughout the building has been put on place to ensure regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces to help reduce the spread of the virus.
Reception
-
Staff will sanitise the desk, computers, phone and credit card machine prior to and after each touch

Seating areas will be kept disinfected throughout the day
-
Hand washing facilities and hand sanitising stations will be clearly marked within the reception area.

Bins will be regularly emptied so they don’t over fill.
Toilets
-
Door handles to the toilet, sinks, soap dispensers, toilets and paper towel dispensers will be cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.

Staff will frequently check soap and paper towel dispensers to ensure they are adequately full.

Paper towel dispensers and a non-touch bin will be placed in all toilets throughout the building.

Bins will be regularly emptied so they don’t over fill.
Yoga Suite
-
The studio will be hoovered , moped and disinfected after each class.
-
You will be asked to bring your own yoga mat to class.
-
Instructor will keep the door open prior to class beginning and will reopen at the end of class.

Please refrain from bringing personal items into the yoga studio.

Hand sanitizer will be available within in the room.
-
Reformer Pilates Class – again you will be asked to bring your own mat and to clean down the reformer after use.
Gym Studio
-
Gym floor will be moped and disinfected at the end of each day.

Staff will frequently disinfect and clean down high touch areas and equipment throughout the day.

Members will be asked to wipe down any equipment they use throughout their workout – disinfectant and paper towel will be provided.

Please wipe down equipment before and after use with disinfectant and paper towel.

Bins will be regularly emptied so they don’t over fill.
Swimming Pool
-
Pool area and changing area will be moped and disinfected at the end of each day.

Staff will frequently disinfect and clean down high touch areas, lockers, changing and showers throughout the day.

People of different standards and abilities will use the pool. Please respect their right to enjoy their swim.
